Institutions

We hereby highlight the better known institutions of Güines, from Colonial times until 1958, that contributed to its cultural, social and economic progress and development. We are aware that this is an incomplete list and that there are pictures and information missing in some of them. Also, names of important institutions that can be included herein, are missing, that’s why we ask for your help to amend and augment this compilation and also for your understanding and indulgence in forgiving the errors, surely made, incurred in this effort that has been done in good faith and with the aim of giving public recognition to the more important institutions of our homeland throughout its history.
